Sonder Wonder Return & Refund Policy
At Sonder Wonder, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase! If for any reason you are not happy, we’ve made our return and refund process simple:
Returns
- Eligibility: Items can be returned within 7 days of receiving your order.
- Condition: Products must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.
- Non-returnable items: Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items.
How to Return:
If your order has been delivered incorrectly or contains any defects, you're entitled to a replacement free of charge by returning the defective order. All delivery charges will be covered by us within Malaysia.

Return Steps:
STEP 1:
Bring your defective Sonder Wonder item to the nearest post office and fill in this address on the consignment note:

STEP 2:
Take a clear photo of the receipt from the post office and email it to sonderwonderofficial@gmail.com along with your Order ID, Defect Details, and Bank Account Number. We will refund your postage fees within 7 business days.
STEP 3:
We will need 3-5 working days to prepare and ship your new order. In the meantime, kindly be patient while we process the replacement.
Refunds:
No Refunds Policy
We currently do not offer refunds for orders, except in the case of website errors such as incorrect pricing. If your order has been delivered incorrectly or if the product is defective, you may request an exchange or a replacement free of charge. Refunds are only provided if there is an error on our website, and they will be processed to your bank account.
Exchanges:
If you’d like to exchange an item for a different size or color, please follow the return steps and mention the item you’d like to exchange.
